Katrina Kaif is one such actress who can make any girl go green with envy the moment she decides to flaunt her dance moves. She looked like a dream in Kala Chashma and we are yet to get over that. We always wondered how does she nail every song so effortlessly. It’s as if there is no dance form that can beat her down. And finally we know the secret. Katrina answered that for us with her recent post. She shared a picture of herself with eminent Kathak dancer late Sitara Devi. The message she wrote along with this image is what gave out the secret behind her moves. She wrote, “The amazing Sitara Devi. Was fortunate to meet her with Guru Veeru Krishna . That was our dance studio which was a tiny room where I learnt so many valuable things.”
Katrina looks really pretty in the picture. She was much younger then. The actress looks really ravishing now but this throwback pic definitely proves she always was a stunner. And it seems she did take some tips from the legendary Sitara Devi which is only coming handy now. Those who aren’t aware, Sitara Devi was a prominent Kathak dancer who was called Nritya Samragini by Rabindranath Tagore. If Kat did get some tips from her, she is truly blessed. Many Kathak dancers would have done anything to rub shoulders with the legendary Sitara Devi but Katrina was fortunate enough to get it. Check out the post here.
Workwise, Katrina will soon start shooting for Tiger Zinda Hai starring Salman Khan and if we go by the director, Ali Abbas Zafar, the actress’ role will be really cool. PTI reported that while there were reports that the Baar Baar Dekho actress will be seen in a strong negative role, Ali said that Katrina will “kill” him if he doesn’t give her a meaty role. “I hope I give her a strong character, she will kill me if I don’t. She is my best friend. I hope there are strong characters (in the film).” So all you Kat fans, rest assured the actress will have really meaty role in Tiger Zinda Hai.
