Among one of Bollywood’s most talked about fallouts is that of Salman Khan and Govinda. We don’t know whether Salman still holds anything against Govinda but one thing is for sure, Govinda seems to have forgotten what’s in the past. Why we say so? Well, Govinda took to Twitter to wish Salman and it is indeed a pleasant surprise for all his fans! During the #AskGovinda session today afternoon, one of his followers on the social media site asked about what his current equation with Partner co-star Salman Khan is. Govinda was quick enough to say, “We are no more in a relationship after Partner. Film produce nai ki toh rishtey hue hi nai, par aaj unka birthday hai toh keh sakta hoon ki Many many happy returns of the day.” Now doesn’t this say quite a lot about their relationship? It also seems like he wouldn’t mind doing another film together with Sallu. Well, how about a sequel to Partner? We’d love it if that happens!
But that’s not it! When one of the fans asked him who his favourite actor is, Govinda said, “My favourite hero.. my one and only partner Salman Khan.” Aww! Now that’s so sweet! This in itself is a clear indication that Govinda is ready to give their friendship another chance. But what about Salman?
If that wasn’t enough, Govinda even tweeted about his birthday wish. “Flirt karo tab duaaon mein yaad rakhna. Happy birthday partner! @BeingSalmanKhan Salmankhanbirthday”, he tweeted. Isn’t this so cool? It’s indeed pleasantly overwhelming to see that the actor has let the bygones be bygones. Let’s hope 2017 paves way for Partner 2! *fingers crossed*
