If there is one Bollywood celebrity who is bitten by the social media bug it has to be Alia Bhatt! Whether she is shooting outdoors, partying with her girlies or just chilling at home, Alia keeps us treating us with pictures ever since she joined social media. No wonder she has got a fan following of 11 million on Instagram. But guess what, the actress has apparently made her Instagram account private. Initially, her account was open and anyone could see what’s up with her on Instagram, reports Mirror. But, not anymore. Henceforth if you want to follow Alia on Instagram, you will have to send her a request and unless she accepts it, you wouldn’t be able to see what she posts on Insta. Now that’s a little strange for someone who already has a fanbase of 11 million followers. I mean, c’mon half the world can already see what you are posting so what sense does it make? 
The possible reason behind this could be Sidharth Malhotra. We are assuming that the Dear Zindagi actress is not very comfy when it comes to her pictures with beau Sidharth Malhotra. Just recently the duo, who is apparently back together, were seen at the airport together heading to an undisclosed location. They are all set to ring in the new years together, it seems and Alia doesn’t really want everyone to see their vacation pictures, we are assuming. Or is it something else? We don’t know..
On the work front, Alia, 23, gave three back-to-back hits this year- Kapoor & Sons, Udta Punjab and Dear Zindagi and she was exceptional in all of them. She has always been a phenomenal actress, needless to say, and we are hoping that we’d get to see more of you in the movies in the coming year. Ms Bhatt has just wrapped up her shoot schedule for Badrinath Ki Dulhania and now she has started prepping up for Ayan Mukerji’s Dragon. Rumour has it that she has been finalized as the leading lady in Aashiqui 3 opposite Sid.
