Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli will be ringing in the New Year with the actress’ folks in Dehradun

We reported to you earlier that Sultan actress Anushka Sharma will be celebrating New Year’s Eve with boyfriend Virat Kohli in Uttarakhand. It’s going to be an intimate affair with only the actress’ folks in presence. The latest picture that is doing rounds on social media sees the couple decked up head-to-toe in woolen clothes. The mercury has dropped pretty low in Dehradun and the last time I checked the temperature there was one degree Celsius. It seems the couple is in a mood to enjoy the winters!
An Army girl, Anushka has grown up in Bangalore but her mom Ashima is from Garhwal, which is in Uttarakhand. Her mom is quite attached to her state. The actress has spent most of her vacations in Dehradun, where they have a family home. The couple arrived there over the weekend and reportedly took off to Narendernagar in Tehri, where the actress’ parents had already reached before them. The cricketer is on a 25-day break and he has decided to dedicate it to his lady love’s family.
Virat also happens to be the brand ambassador of the state of Uttarakhand and this is his first visit post his appointment as the ambassador in April. It is being said that Virat’s mom, Saroj will also drop in to spend the New Year’s Eve with the couple. The chief minister of Uttarakhand, Harish Rawat also welcomed the celebrity couple with a tweet saying that he hoped they had a nice time in the state.
With everything being so sorted between the couple and their families, do we hear of a wedding date soon? Well we hope so!
