The Kapil Sharma Show: Sunny Leone and Super Dancer kids give us an entertaining X’Mas special episode
Even though I am not a huge fan of the Kapil Sharma Show that nowadays relies too much on forced humour and drag acts. However, rarely comes an episode that turns out to be very entertaining. The Christmas special episode of The Kapil Sharma Show had two sets of guests – the Super Dancer show winners and Sunny Leone and her husband, Daniel Weber.
The episode starts off with the brilliant dance performances of the Super Dancer kids, before they began to troll the cast members of the show, including Kapil Sharma. What I loved the best about these portions were the dance performances of these talented kids. Once they did their bit, Sunny Leone entered the show making the cast members fawn over her.
One of the entertaining bits of the show was when Kapil Sharma showed Sunny Leone pics of  celebs like Chunkey Pandey, Vinod Kambli, Johnny Lever and others and asked her to recognise. She recognised Chunkey Pandey and Johnny Lever, but failed to recognise Vinod Kambli, Lalu Prasad Yadav and above all, Ali Asgar, whom she always see dressed in drag. She even calls Vinod Kambli Michael Jordan of all people.
She was later joined by her hubby, Daniel Weber, who has a good sense of humour. He revealed how his neighbours were so extra friendly with him and always helping, only for him to later realise that they want to have a glimpse of his pretty wife. Daniel Weber also showed off his guitaring skills, when he played to Kapil Sharma‘s rendition of khambe jaisi khadi hai from Dil. For a change, Daniel was not looking out of place like the Vamps, who had that perplexed ‘what the hell am I doing here’ looks on their faces, when they were on the show. Kapil also makes Daniel and Sunny Leone dance to Govinda song Ankhiyon Se Goli Mare.
However in the end there was a moment in the end during media interaction that was OTT, when a child among the audience said he was suffering from cancer, and his mother, as if on cue, immediately began to wipe her tears. I really don’t know whether that child is actually a victim of cancer (if so, then God help him have a speedy recovery), but the whole setup was so fake.
