Ranveer Singh NOT affected by his on and off relationship with Deepika Padukone

For the longest time people have been speculating if Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have broken up. Although the couple threw caution to the wind and made an adorable
appearance together at Ambani’s bash a few weeks back but buzz is that
the two are just pretending to be one of those happiest couple for they
still have Padmavati to release. In fact, at one point time, buzz even
suggested how Ranveer and Deepika are going through some really
challenging times ever since Deepika took off to Hollywood for the shoot
of xXx: Return Of Xander Cage and Ranveer headed to Paris for Befikre.
However, Ranveer despite being an emotional lover, is unaffected by
these reports of his ‘complicated’ relationship status with Deepika.

In interaction with Mid Day, Ranveer who has always worn his heart on his sleeves and has proclaimed his love for Deepika, said although he admits such reports bother him but just to a limited degree. He said, “I have learnt to take it in my stride. I prefer to focus on the personal aspects of the profession. At the same time, this falls in the realm of a personal space, so I don’t like to encourage too much scrutiny.”
Not to mention, back in October 2016, Deepika Padukone too had stirred clear about her on-and-of relationship with Ranveer stating, “I have understood it (the speculations) well enough to know what I should absorb and what I shouldn’t. After a point, one becomes completely immune to these things. You can only do things that are in your control. Certain things are a given when you are in this industry. I am sure there are certain advantages and disadvantages of being in this industry. And this is one of the things one has to deal with, and that’s totally fine. The ups, the positives, and the love we get is way too much for us to get bogged down by the speculations or the negativity.”
The last we got to see Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone together at the Esquire Awards 2016, in Dubai where Ranveer had even kissed DP on her forehead, before receiving his ‘Man Of The Year’ award. However, things again got a little suspicious when the couple arrived in separate cars at the Befikre screening.
