Vaani Kapoor chooses Priyanka Chopra over Deepika Padukone and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
The Hindi film industry is filled with actress who ca effortlessly carry anything and everything in style. We happened to meet Vaani Kapoor and in a tête-à-tête conversation we asked Vaani to choose between Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s red carpet appearances. All three of them look stunning be it on red carpet or otherwise and they all have their own way of pulling off the red carpet look. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan received a lot of flk for the purple lips earlier this year whereas Deepika’s international red carpet debut also received mixed responses. PeeCee has almost got used to making appearances globally which is probably why she knows it best what to wear on the red carpet and what not to wear. Coming back to Vaani, we showed her the red carpet appearances of these three beauties and guess who did she choose? She went on with Priyanka Chopra! Out of the three I really like what Priyanka is wearing..this is more close to my style.. something that I would wear. So yeah, I’d go with Priyanka,” she went on to say. Vaani, who is next going to be seen in Befikre with Ranveer Singh is on a promotional spree as the film’s release date is inching closer. Interestingly, Befikre has also been shown at the Dubai Film Festival and Ranveer and Vaani were present in Dubai yesterday for the same. The film is Vaani’s second Bollywood movie after Shuddh Desi Romance released in 2014. What made her wait so long? “It was a wait and it was a conscious wait and I was auditioning. I had to audition a lot ot get this film. So my time used to just spend on either watching a movie or performing a scene with the casting director of YRF. It just flew.. the time just flew,” she says.
Befikre, directed by Aditya Chopra will be releasing tomorrow on December 9.
