Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur’s bedroom scene will turn up the heat for Humma Humma in OK Jaanu
Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur will recreate AR Rahman’s famous Humma Humma song in OK Jaanu! Producer Karan Johar just tweeted this news. The reprised Humma Humma track will be sung by Baadshah. Johar stated in his tweet that the song is actually a tribute to Rahman by the rapper. The song will be releasing tomorrow and a still from the song is what you’re seeing above! For all those unaware, Humma Humma is from Mani Ratnam’s Bombay and was a huge hit in the 90s. Again, a Mani Ratnam film. So far we’ve heard the title track of OK Jaanu, in the trailer, which is OK Kanmani’s Mental Manadhil.
The still of Humma Humma featuring Shraddha and Adi from Ok Jaanu released by the team will turn up the heat. We’ve already seen a lot of chemistry sizzle between Shraddha and Adi. In fact, bringing them together for this film is quite the right choice. The last time we saw them together was in Aashiqui 2. The film was an instant hit because of their chemistry as well as the songs. With OK Jaanu, you can easily see this film also becoming a hit. In the still as well, when you see the couple, you can’t help but wonder what’s gonna happen next. They literally leave your hearts racing for more. That’s the magic even Dulquer and Nitya did in the Tamil version of the film. Clearly, Shaad Ali wants to make sure the South fans are happy with his rendition of OK Kanmani.
The song will be releasing tomorrow and we cannot wait to see what they have in store for us! While no time has been specified yet. We just hope it’s in the morning because the best way to wake up would be to listen this song and watch Shraddha and Adi! The film, OK Jaanu, is a Hindi remake of Mani Ratnam’s 2015 hit, OK Kanmani. It traces the journey of two individuals’ take on live in relationships, commitment phobia and love as a whole. A lot of youth in today’s time can totally relate to the film. Knowing Shaad, who also recreated Mani Ratnam’s Alaipaayuthe with Saathiya, we have high hopes.

    Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur have recreated the magic Dulquer Salmaan and Nitya Menon cast on us in OK Kanmani. The trailer of Shaad Ali’s OK Jaanu released today morning and ever since then, everybody has been raving about it. We know that it’s a remake of Tamil hit movie OK Kanmani or rather an official remake but that definitely does not mean that director has to copy scenes one after the other in a similar fashion.
