While the former was last seen on Saraswatichandra the later did Bigg Boss where he made a lot of news for his relationship with Gauahar Khan. Fans had christened them as Gaushal. In an EXCLUSIVE chat with BollywoodLife, Kushal said, “Beyhadh is a superb project. I was looking for something that was totally different and challenging. Beyhadh has been shot like a film. It is a game-changer for Indian TV and I am very happy to do this project.”
Kushal is also working with Jennifer Winget for the first time. He is all praises for his co-star. He opines, “She is extremely beautiful. I am lucky to be loved by two great gals on the show (laughs). Jennifer is very hard-working. She hardly speaks on the show as she is so much into the character of Maya.” He also has Aneri Vajani with him. “We are always chatting and playing pranks with each other. She is a very lively girl,” says Kushal.
The recent incident where Kushal and Gauahar Khan patched up on Instagram got a lot of people talking about a reconciliation. The actor told us, “I believe in letting bygones be bygones. I know it is difficult to be friends with your past (relationships/exes) but if there is a way to be friends, then it is better that way. We had a chat and sorted out our issues. Yes, things are cordial now.” So, do we see Guashal again? He replied, “Never say never”.
What people are talking about is the actor’s entry and his styling for the role of Arjun, a photographer on Beyhadh. “What I am wearing on the show is very much what I wear in real life. I love comfortable clothes and my style statement is mostly casual,” he said. We pointed out to Kushal that he is perceived as arrogant by many. “Yes, that is true. I have heard this about myself quite often. I am a little moody. Moreover, I am introverted. I do not give too many interviews. This is why the image has stuck on. However, I am a very chilled out guy. You should ask my co-stars,” he said.
Needless to say, Kushal’s frankness impressed many. Talking about love he said he loves the idea of being in love but is not a possessive lover. “I love love,” he said with a glint in his eyes. In fact, there was also a fan, a guy from London who told Kushal that men too adored him. Stay tuned for more updates on Bollywood Life….
