Yes, you read that right! Priyanka Chopra was approached for Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil. Remember how she set the screens on fire when she did Ram chahe Leela in Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s Ram Leela…? Well, in his column today, Rajeev Masand stated that filmmaker Rakesh Roshan who has worked with Priyanka in Krrish and Krrish 3 had asked her to do an item song in the film. But before you get all excited, let us tell you that she REFUSED to accept the offer. PeeCee, who is currently in New York, shooting for Quantico season 2, politely refused to do the item number this time. Reason? Well, sources close to the actress say she’s currently in the process of figuring out what her next film project should be. Apparently, she doesn’t want the first appearance she makes on the big screen since Bajirao Mastani to be an item song in another actor’s film. Oops! Will that change Priyanka’s equation with Hrithik? Now that PeeCee has ‘politely declined’ we wonder who will Sr Roshan approach next…

Sanjay Gupta’s Kaabil brings together Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam on the big screen for the first time. The Kaabil teaser released this morning and although there are no visuals in it, Hrithik’s voiceover makes it an edgy teaser indeed. The teaser which is barely few seconds long has him talking about the darkness in his life. His voiceover will make you crave for the full trailer which will only be out on October 26. Let’s see what it has in store for us.The film is very crucial for Hrithik from the box office point of view especially because his previous film Mohenjo Daro tanked miserably. Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees will release alongside Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil next year on Republic Day and its definitely going to be a box office war right in the start of the new year.
