Varun Dhawan, Sidharth Malhotra and Arjun Kapoor are three actors girls love to gush on, among others. If some are fans of their hot looks, others just love to see them act. And next year, these three actors will be seen in double roles. Yes, the quintessential double roles which were a rage many decades ago is all set to return and the new generation of the industry seems to have taken it upon them to revive this genre. But first of all, you have to credit Salman Khan for bringing back in vogue once again after Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. Last Diwali, the film released and became a huge hit. In fact, it is the biggest Diwali blockbuster ever. His dual role was much appreciated and now these three actors will take the genre ahead. Let us tell you how. (
Varun Dhawan
Varun whose Dishoom this year did a decent collection at the box office, will be seen twice over in Judwaa 2. Yes, the sequel of Judwaa which was our favourite double role movie of Salman Khan in the 90s, is happening. If we laughed at the jokes, we were crazy about the quirky songs in the film. Salman was just perfect as the suave Prem as well as the uncouth Raja. Now Varun Dhawan will take the legacy of that film ahead and he will have his father David Dhawan for company. Dhawan Sr. had helmed the first one and now he will helm the sequel as well with his son in the lead. The film already has a release date in place which is September 29, 2017.
Sidharth Malhotra
After the time travelling film Baar Baar Dekho, Sidharth Malhotra will be seen next in Bang Bang 2 or Reloaded as the makers have named it. And not one but he has two roles to play in the film. DNA today reported that the actor’s roles will be completely different from each other. Quoting a source, the daily reported, “Sidharth has a double role in the film. It’s an action film with lots of comedy and humour elements in it, in true DK-Raj style. Sid will be seen doing some raw hand-to-hand combat scenes for this film where he will be seen as a man on a mission. The film has one more schedule left post this and it will be complete. It’s expected to release around June-July next summer.” So gear up for an action packed double role film with Sid in the lead.  
Arjun Kapoor
Arjun Kapoor will be seen in a double role in Mubaraka which will be his first film with his Jhakaas uncle Anil Kapoor. Now that’s one jodi we are very eager to watch. Anil and Arjun have always been a riot everytime they came together for any public event or a show. To watch them on screen will be really interesting. On top of that Arjun has a double role which only makes this Anees Bazmee film even more entertaining. We hear Arjun’s one character is related to his chachu Anil Kapoor in the film while the other one has no connection with the actors in the film. The plot seems really interesting!
