Yayy! Ranveer Singh CONFIRMS being the guest on Karan Johar’s Koffee With Karan season 5
Ranveer Singh is all set to come on on Koffee With Karan season 5 and our happiness knows no bounds! This morning, were were among the first ones to tell you that Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh might appear on Karan Johar’s chat show Koffee With Karan season 5. And now, the Befikre actor just confirmed the news. “What Fun & What Puns! After watching it you’ll be like “What Buns!” haha love you KJ! Katch up for Koffee soon!,” Ranveer tweeted. We all know the hot and happening trailer of Vaani Kapoor and Ranveer’s Befikre trailer released two days ago and KJo was all praise for the Befikre co actors. An ecstatic Mr Singh replied to his tweet and confirmed that Ranveer will be seen on the show soon. Now this is going to be so much fun! Along with Ranveer and Arjun, Varun Dhawan too will be seen with them.
While our sources EXCLUSIVELY told us that Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt would be the first guests on the popular show, recent reports suggest that it might be Arjun, Varun and Ranveer on the show. Apparently, SRK is busy shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s The Ring in Lisbon and SRK and Alia may appear in another episode. Mumbai Mirror reported today that thought Varun and Arjun haven’t shot for any film together, they will be the first guests to shoot for Koffee with Karan. A source close to the actors revealed to the tabloid, “They were approached for different episodes but they themselves suggested they appear together to give their fans a peek into the friendship they share outside of their social media banter. Karan loved the idea. They will shoot this weekend. The show’s team is hoping that the dosts will reveal a lot of lesser known fun facts about each other.”
While Ranveer Singh had appeared with his BFF Arjun Kapoor last year, this time the Befikre actor will be going on the show with Varun Dhawan. A source mentioned to DNA, “Varun and Ranveer have not done a film together so far. So, this will be the first time they will be sharing screen space. In June this year the two had bonded on Twitter when Varun impersonated the Pakistani singer Taher Shah on a comedy show. He had dressed up the way Taher had in the music video, Angel. Ranveer who had earlier mimicked the Pakistani singer’s Eye To Eye, tweeted to Varun saying, ‘Hahahaha! Brrrrruuuh @Varun_dvn #taher #savage.’ Varun had also playfully responded to Ranveer. The two together should be fun on the show. They will be shooting for it soon.”
