Golmaal 4 to go on floors from March 9

For all those of you who have been eagerly waiting to se golmaal 4 go on floors, we have got you an interesting piece of information. According to reports online, the shoot of Golmaal 4 is all set to begin on March 9. Woah! So finally it is happening and we are so looking forward to the fourth instalment of Golmaal. Aren’t you? For the longest time now there were speculations about who would be the leading lady in the film. After much contemplation, Rohit Shetty announced that Parineeti Chopra will be seen in Golmaal 4 along with the boys. Initially there were reports stating that Shraddha Kapoor would be a part of the film. However, Parineeti was chosen over her and well, the rest is history. a couple of months ago Ajay Devgn tweeted to Parineeti congratulating her and welcoming her to the Golmaal family. Parineeti replied “Thankyouuu!! I am so excited to be a part of this family”. clearly she is thrilled to have gotten on board. Well, who wouldn’t be?
Isn’t it kinda funny how just a few months back both Rohit and Ajay called the second film in the franchise, Golmaal Returns, “crap” and now they’re all so excited to make the fourth one. “My whole team sits (and introspect), even it is a hit. Like ‘Golmaal Returns’ was the biggest hit of the year. But we knew it was a crap film.” the filmmaker had said at the panel discussion at the 18th Jio MAMI Film Festival 2016.

The shoot will go on floors on March 9 and Ajay Devgn is expected to join the cast on March 11. The first schedule of Golmaal 4 is to be shot in Mumbai.
Parineeti is coming back to the screen after a brief gap. She appeared in a special song Jaaneman Aah with Varun Dhawan in the film Dishoom and after that we haven’t really got to se her on the big screen at all. She is also currently shooting for YRF’s next Meri Pyaari Bindu with Ayushmann Khurrana. Then she has Takadum with Sushant Singh Rajput, which is being directed by Homi Adajania.
