Did you know Baahubali star Prabhas has already made his debut in Bollywood?

Who doesn’t know Prabhas? He’s now a global phenomenon, thanks to SS Rajamouli‘s magnum opus – Baahubali. Ever since the historical drama released in July, 2015 nobody can stop talking about the central character – Baahubali played by none other than Prabhas. Down South, he was always a recognised star owing to other hits like Mirchi, Billa  but in Bollywood, he came to be a known figure solely because of Baahubali. But for all those who thought Prabhas will make his Bollywood debut, you would be surprised to know that he has already done that, a couple of years ago. Surprised? Well, that’s the truth though. There was another film he appeared in 2014 opposite Sonakshi Sinha. The film also starred Ajay Devgn. Now that we have given you all the hints, can you take a guess? The movie in question is Prabhu Dheva’s action film – Action Jackson where our famed Prabhas aka Baahubali shook a leg with the Dabangg girl – Sonakshi. Little did people know, this guy who went unnoticed in 2014 would soon go on to be part of a film that changed the face of Cinema. In other news,  there has been buzz about Prabhas foraying in Bollywood and that it might take place soon.
Meanwhile Prabhas has become shooting for his first film after Bahaubali. He will play a righteous cop in this film. Prabhas 19 will release in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. A grand pooja was organised to inaugurate the film. No further details of the cast and crew have been announced.
Amidst all this buzz of his upcoming debuts and projects, what we are most looking forward to is Baahubali 2. This time the film will be bigger, grander in terms of visuals, architecture and war sequences. In an interview with leading channel Rajamouli revealed that this time there will be a face off between the brothers – Bhallaladeva and Baahubali. Also, we will finally know the answer to the question – why did Katappa kill Baahubali? The movie also stars Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah bhatia and Anushka Shetty. The film is all set to release on April 28th, 2017. Currently, 33 VFX studios are in post production to meet the deadline.
