Shraddha Kapoor is an avid music lover but moreover to that, she is also a self confessed Coldplay fanatic.
Remember how she had attended the infamous Coldplay concert in India
last year? In fact, she didn’t even leave a chance to meet Coldplay’s
lead vocalist and keyboardist Chris Martin soon after the concert. So it
comes as no surprise that she is so excited about Coldplay and The
Chainsmokers new collaboration – their latest single ‘Something just
like this’ . Yes, the one that released yesterday.
Turns out after Coldplay, Shraddha’s second favourite EDM band is The Chainsmokers. So with both her favourites coming together for a song, there’s no way Shraddha is going to stay calm. The actress, has already got the song, playing on loop on her playlist where she even took to Twitter to express her happiness and wrote, “When the favorites collaborate and it’s AWESOME. @coldplay @TheChainsmokers ” Here check out the tweet below:
Apart from movies, Shraddha is known to have an inclination towards music, and has herself been the voice of many popular Bollywood songs. The actress also hails from a musical lineage with her maternal grandfather, Pandharinath Kolhapure having been a renowned name in the music industry. However, she enjoys listening to various genres of music, with her latest favourite being ‘Something like this’

However, soon came a clarification after a source close to Ankit Tiwari, who was rumoured to have composed the song’ said, “No, there is no truth in the news. No such song has been composed for Half Girlfriend.”
