Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai makers to revive Akshara’s character on the show?
It seems the sinking TRPs have forced this decision. However, it remains to be seen if Hina Khan will be brought back or not
Hina Khan quit Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and the story progressed to Naira and her in-laws story. But it seems the dipping ratings of Star Plus’ popular show is prompting makers to think otherwise. If sources are to be believed, then the makers are trying to get Akshara back to Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. But bringing Akshara back does not mean that Hina Khan is back on the show. That may or may not be a possibility.
Viewers are missing Hina Khan and the show’s ratings have taken a dip as well. Karthik (Mohsin Khan) and Naira (Shivangi Joshi), it seems, are not equipped enough to make the show a success solely with their presence. That’s why the makers are contemplating getting Akshara’s character back on Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
Now, the big question is will Hina Khan make a solid comeback or will the production house scout for a new face. The writers are trying to write a story wherein Akshara’s character will make a comeback. Though the production house had some issues with Hina Khan, it can not be denied that Akshara is the face of the show for last eight years. This is why rumours are circulating that they have met Hina once again.
Naturally, the makers have the pressure to fill the void. Meanwhile, the story has enough drama with Karthik’s family entering the show. Parul Chauhan and Sachin Tyagi as Karthik’s parents are doing a great job. The responsibility of the show has fallen on Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan.
After quitting the show, Hina has been busy with boyfriend Rocky Jaiswal to launch their production house. It seems Hina and Rocky will launch their maiden show soon. Along with that Hina is catching up with her family and friends spending quality time with them.
Hope fans of Hina Khan and Yeh Rishta will soon have the good news of having their favourite bahu back on their favourite show. It remains to be seen if it will be Hina or a new face. Stay tuned to Bollywood Life for more updates…
