Sony TV’s Beyhadh is gradually moving towards its main premise. While we have already got to see few glimpses of Maya’s (Jennifer Winget) neurotic side, in the upcoming sequences we will get to see her obsession for Arjun (Kushal Tandon) reaching new heights, quite literally.
We will get to witness an unusual proposal on the show tonight. Today she will confess her love to Arjun in a unique way. She will blindfold him and take him high up in a hot air balloon. Arjun will start panicking and ask her to stop. But Maya, the aggressive go-getter she is, will instead confess her love for him. This will leave Arjun totally speechless. He will try and make her understand that he doesn’t think of her in that way and that they should limit their relationship to friendship.
Maya will not only not pay heed to his requests but will also threaten him to dismantle the air pump of the air balloon if he doesn’t except her proposal. This will leave Arjun spellbound as this would be the first time when he will get to see her dangerously possessive side.With no other option left in front of him, Arjun will accept Maya’s proposal and will agree to be with her.
This is what we will get to see on-screen. But, we have no idea what all went behind shooting this one sequence. Jennifer will obviously seem very confident and ferocious in this scene but she was hell scared before shooting it. Actually the actress has an extreme fear of heights and hence she was a bit apprehensive about shooting this proposal sequence on a hot air balloon. When Jennifer was asked about the sequence she said, “I am very scared of heights and it was the first time in a hot air balloon. As this was an important sequence for the show, I had to build the courage to do it. I was very nervous in the beginning but as we progressed, it was really fun shooting in the hot air balloon.”
Well this not only makes us realise what all do our actors go through to give us that perfect feel on television but it also tells us how committed an actress Jennifer is. Check out the promo here –
