Karan Johar was warned about Ae Dil Hai Mushkil troubles in advance!

Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is all set for a Diwali release. The Ranbir Kapoor – Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer has already won a million hearts with its trailer and songs. Did you know Ae Dil Hai Mushkil had a different title before?
Karan Johar was warned about Ae Dil Hai Mushkil troubles in advance!
Yep! If all had went according to the plan the movie would be releasing with a different title. Here’s a lil trivia- Our source reveals to us, EXCLUSIVELY, that a different titled was deemed suited for this romantic flick. How about you guess first? Let’s save time! The previous title was simply ‘Ae Dil’! Not a big change but, honestly, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has a better ring to it. Plus a Karan Johar movie with a title that short..? Naah, not cool! But the reason for this change is something that will get you excited for the film even more. So what happened is when KJo got to hear the title track of the film, which has been composed by none other than Pritam, he loved it so damn much, that he decided that he would rather call the film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil! So now with the trailer, we also have to wait for the release of this song. It changed the celebrated filmmaker’s mind, we can only imagine how good it must be.

Pritam has earlier composed kickass music for Dharma productions’ Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, that again starred Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role. We know how great the entire album was. The movie released back in 2013, and its music is still a hit! There is no party that doesn’t play Balam Pichkari and Badtameez Dil! Bet this time as well the music will steal our heart as well as the top spot on music charts.
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil– the words are derived from a very popular classic song from the film CID. The movie released way back in 1956 and starred Dev Anand, Waheeda Rahman, and Johnny Walker. Walker, the famous comedian, had the title track picturised on him in the film. The lyrics of which were “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil jeena yahan, zara hat ke, zara bach ke, yeh hai Bombay meri jaan”.
Talking about Ae Dil the movi…oops I mean Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, the movie stars Anushka Sharma in the lead role as well. The actress, whom we last saw opposite Salman Khan in Sultan, is rumoured to be playing a Pakistani citizen in this film. We will also see Fawad Khan in an extended cameo. He can have a mere cut out of him in a film and women will drool. Here he has a extended freakin cameo! Of course female fans are in for a treat! Also, present in key roles are Lisa Haydon, whom we absolutely loved in Queen, and Imran Abbas Naqvi, if you haven’t checked out this Pakistani hottie already – you are missing out on a lot. A LOT! The film is slated to release alongside Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay on October 28.
