Sonam Kapoor becomes first Indian actor to launch her personalised digital stickers

After starting her own app vis a vis Kardashians and Jenners, Sonam Kapoor became the first Indian celebrity to launch her very own app. The actress used the digital medium to reach out to her fans and interact with them on a regular basis , introducing them to her real-world. She has now joined the likes of Kim Kardashian as she becomes the first Indian actress to have her personalised digital stickers. While Kim’s are known as ‘Kimoji’, wonder what Sonam’s gonna call her own, ‘Somoji’ anyone…no? Okay then. The digital stickers will be fashioned on looks from her films like I Hate Luv Story, Aisha, Neerja, Dolly Ki Doli and Khoobsurat. The emoticons will be launched and made available to users on her signature app.
This indeed is a good news for all her fans and followers and as they’ll get to use those quirky emojis.

On the work front, after earning huge accolades for her performance in last year’s superhit Neerja, she’ll next be seen in her home production Veere Di Wedding, the alongside, Kareena Kapoor Khan (her first film post pregnancy), Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania.

Recently she was news for defending her brother Harshvardhan Kapoor after he was trolled for questioning Diljit Dosanjh’s win at an award function. According to him he is a huge star in Punjabi cinema and shouldn’t have been awarded a debutant award. Defending him Sonam said, “Harsh’s objection was on technical not on creative grounds”.
