Stardust Awards 2016: Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon coming together onstage at an awards ceremony last night. Does it indicate that the couple might make it official soon?

Sushant Singh Rajput has been making headlines throughout the year. He put up a brilliant performance as Dhoni in Neeraj Pandey’s MS Dhoni – The Untold Story but it was his personal life that came under a scrutiny. Post his split with long-time girlfriend Ankita Lokhande, he has been bonding with Raabta co-star Kriti Sanon. With rumours doing the rounds that Sushant and she are a couple, all eyes are on them. The two were seen together on stage when they came to present the Best Debut Female Award to Disha Patani. The leggy lass won it for her earnest portrayal of Priyanka in Sushant’s Dhoni biopic.
It was surprising to see the two together on stage to give away the awards to Disha and Saiyami Kher. Normally, couples who are rumoured to be dating usually avoid being seen at common platforms as they do not want further speculations. However, the two looked pretty comfortable. Are they slowly taking steps towards making their rumoured relationship an official one? Only time will tell but clearly this will give rise to more speculations. Kriti looked fabulous in a metallic shimmering Papa Don’t Preach dress with ankle strap sandals while Sushant opted for a blue suit.
Kriti and Sushant’s relationship has been the talk of the town ever since he split from Ankita. It was rumoured that the two even went for a holiday together. It seems Kriti keeps a constant check on him and he is very happy to be showered with her attention. From movie dates to gym workouts in Budapest and dinners, the two have reportedly been painting the town red. It seems they even ate from each other’s plates during the filming of Raabta.
