The Global Citizen India Festival 2016, that took place on November 19 in Mumbai, is airing on television today. It’s going to be a fun Sunday as not only will we get to hear to our favorite band Coldplay but will also get to see the who’s who of Bollywood. Shah Rukh Khan will be seen hosting the show for a while as he will introduce AR Rahman, Sachin Tendulkar, Jay Z and ofcourse Coldplay. And when Shah Rukh is at the helm of things, you can be rest assured that the show will be entertaining and hilarious.
Shah Rukh will be seen talking to Sachin and asking him about his school trip visit with Coldplay. Sachin will happily share his experinece of how they visited a school and played a game of cricket with the children. Then SRK will ask him if he taught Chris how to bat, to which Sachin will say, “No, in fact he taught me how to play the guitar.” SRK will then say, “Great, next time I am having a concert, you will play the guitar for me.” In his reply Sachin will say, “Ok, but only if you open the innings with me when I play cricket next.” Shah Rukh in his Main Hoon Na style says, “No deal” and that will be the end of the banter.
For the uninitiated, Coldplay concert is in association with the Global Citizen India Festival 2016.
