Actor Karan Singh Grover has penned a romantic number titled “Right as rain” for his wife and actress Bipasha Basu. The actor, who tied the knot with Bipasha in April this year, says he wrote this song because of how she makes him feel.
“I wrote ‘Right as rain’ for Bipasha because of how she makes me feel,” Karan said in a statement.Karan practices music every day and will be collaborating with British band Dinosaur Pile-Up that composes rock music.
On the acting front, the “Alone” star will soon be seen on screen in “3 Dev”, which is the story of a couple played by Tisca Chopra and Kay Kay, where the wife is extremely religious and the husband is not.They rent out their house to three youngsters and certain situations lead to the trio being termed as ‘God’, leading to hilarious situations of lies, mistaken identity and chaos.The film also stars Kay Kay Menon, Kunal Roy Kapur and TV actor Ravi Dubey, who marks his big screen debut with the film.
Talking about Bipasha Basu, she feels that she will be missing out a lot in life if she gives a long term commitment to a show.”Someone recently offered a show to me. It was one and a half year long show and I had to give 25 days a month. It felt as if they were taking away my life from me. It is so difficult to shoot for TV shows,” Bipasha said in a statement.
The actress, who was back on the small screen but as a guest along with Karan in an episode of &TV show “Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain Shaniwar Special”, said that she had a good time shooting with her husband.”The show is one of my parent’s favourite shows and that’s why we decided to be guests when we were invited. It’s one of the best family entertainers on television at the moment. A really fun show,” she said.
