Why is Kriti Sanon finding it tough to shoot Bareilly Ki Barfi?

The actress is having a tough time shooting on the sets of movie in Lucknow and the reason is pretty genuine, read complete details below.

Kriti Sanon is currently busy shooting for Bareily ki Barfi in Lucknow with Ayushmann Khurana and Rajkumar Rao, however all is not well on the movie’s sets. Before you assume anything wrong let us tell you that the movie is going all good and per the schedule but it is Kriti who’s suffering here. The actress is having a tough time shooting in the scorching heat of Lucknow and that’s not the only part. She has to wear pullovers and jackets throughout the shoot because the movie is set in winter.
Firstly it was very tough for the actress to set herself in two different and drastic climate zones. She was earlier shooting for Raabta in Budapest which was freezing at that time. Soon the actress wrapped her schedule for the movie starring Sushant Singh Rajput and flew back to India for Bareily ki Barfi. The Lucknow schedule was already planned but she was unaware that it would be so tough to shoot in the Uttar Pradesh capital. She didn’t realize that the temperature in the city would be a major hurdle and we are sure she didn’t expect it to be so bad. So already the city was burning and she was asked to wear sweaters and jackets for all her scenes which made it even worse for her.
While speaking to a leading daily Kriti confirmed this news saying that, “Our film is set in winter. But we are currently shooting at locations in Lucknow, where it’s really hot. Even though I am actually sweating, I keep telling myself that it’s really cold.
Well we are really worried for our B town actresses. First Anushka Sharma found it difficult to walk in her 17 kg lehenga for Channa Mereya song from Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and later Shivaay actress Sayyeshaa Saigal had to sit in icy cold water for song Tere Naal Ishqa in the cold temperature of Manali and now Kriti who is suffering coz of high temperature in the city. We are just hoping that these efforts put by our actresses are paid off in the end and their movies emerge successful at the box office.
Bareily ki Barfi will be set in the hinterlands of UP, where Rajkummar Rao will be playing an author and Ayushmann Khurrana will be playing a printing press owner in the film. Kriti Sanon will be playing a progressive thinking, liberated girl. Her family owns a barfi shop, which gives the film its title. Just last month, the movie’s lead pair had started attending the workshops for their movie and post which it has gone on floors now.
