Shah Rukh Khan finds an unexpected support in Ajay Devgn – read details
Ajay Devgn has been talk of the town since he made his stand clear on the debate of Pakistani artistes' ban.
Ajay Devgn has been talk of the town since he made his stand clear on the debate of Pakistani artistes’ ban. He slammed Karan Johar for his statement and thinking about the commercial aspect rather than the country. He even felt sad on his good friend and Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s statement
over the same. He though stated that he feel the same that artistes are
not terrorists but one has to take a stand and be united when it comes
to the country and the innumerable terror attacks by Pakistan. That’s
not all while everyone is losing their mind over Ajay Devgn’s thoughts
on Salman Khan and Karan Johar, many seemed to give it a miss that Ajay
Devgn also supported and backed his colleague and a friend of his
wife’s, superstar Shah Rukh Khan.
Yes during the same interview Ajay Devgn was asked, why Bollywood
actors like Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, who went on record that there
is religious intollerance in the country but the same way they don’t
take strong position on terror, to which Ajay Devgn replied, “I think
Shah Rukh did take a stand on that,” Yes when he was asked to comment on
Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan being quiet on the Uri terror attacks
and subsequent Surgical strikes made by India in retaliation. Ajay
Devgn immediately corrected the reporter on Shah Rukh Khan’s stand as
Shah Rukh Khan was one of the first celebrity to condemn the attacks and
aaplaud Indian army’s surgical strikes in PoK. Shah Rukh Khan had
tweeted, “Thnx Indian army for the action against terrorism.V should all
pray for safety & well being of our Indian soldiers.”
Well full points should be given to Ajay Devgn here for being well
read and aware about the world around, if not for him, people would have
assumed Shah Rukh Khan to be one among those questioning the Indian
army’s strikes.
