Badrinath Ki Dulhania trailer: Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt will make you impatient for Tamma Tamma – watch video
Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt give us an exciting teaser of Tamma Tamma through the Badrinath Ki Dulhania trailer - watch video
We had told you earlier itself that Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt were going to recreate Tamma Tamma (from Thanedaar) in their upcoming film – Badrinath Ki Dulhania. The actors even shared a funky look from the song last month and now they teased . The Badrinath Ki Dulhania
trailer was released today and we saw glimpses of the song in it. While
the song doesn’t sound that different from the original, their energy
and outfits are out of the world. In fact, after seeing this teaser, we
can’t wait to see the full song. The song stands out in the trailer and
we are sure, it will in the movie too.
In the trailer, we see Alia and Varun grooving to Tamma Tamma at a party. The actor is seen wearing a retro white jacket and pants paired with a black tee, while Alia is seen sporting black ripped pants, a shimmery top and a red jacket. Check out the Tamma Tamma portion in the trailer right here (start from 1 minute 39 seconds):
Speaking to a leading daily, music composer Tanishk Baagchi had said, “We have retained the original voices of Bappi Lahiri and Anuradha Paudwal, but also added Badshah and a bit of rap. It’s a peppy dance track with the music slightly altered to suit current trends.”
While the song has a lot of trendy beats and we are excited to hear it, we are skeptical of Badshah’s rap. Last time around, his rap could not do justice to OK Jaanu‘s Humma Humma. But things can probably work in his favour this time. Till then, tell us how excited you are about seeing Varun and Alia groove to Tumma Tumma in Badrinath Ki Dulhania in the comments section below!
