Alia and Varun surprise their fans by singing LIVE from Kapil Sharma’s Facebook page during TKSS – watch video

Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan have been on a promotional spree for their upcoming film, Badrinath Ki Dulhania. They have already visited an orphanage, made the rounds of a few cities, appeared on Koffee With Karan and yesterday, they landed up on the sets of Kapil Sharma’s popular comedy show – The Kapil Sharma Show. And from what we hear, they had a lot of fun on the show. What’s more is that during one of the breaks, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan even went LIVE on Facebook from Kapil’s account.
Now it isn’t everyday that you see celebs going live on social media while in the midst of shooting for a show. Once they were on air, Kapil introduced the duo, joked around before breaking into a duet with Alia. The duo sang Tere Bina Zindagi Se Koi Shikwa Toh Nahin from Aandhi. Needless to say, the two were impressive. After this act, Alia and Varun also sang a few lines of the song Humsafar from their upcoming film and it was indeed a pleasant surprise to see them jam live on Facebook. Check out the video here:
While Alia and Varun have already shot for The Kapil Sharma Show, however the episode will be aired only during the Holi weekend (March 12). Meanwhile, the lead actors of Badrinath Ki Dulhania will be going around India on city tours for promoting their film. Varun and Alia will also be seen visiting the sets of other shows to generate a considerable buzz for their film.
Badrinath Ki Dulhania is the love story of an estranged couple – Badrinath Bansal (Varun) and Vaidehi Trivedi (Alia). Badri is from Jhansi while Vaidehi is from Kota. They meet and the guy falls for the girl. While a love story brews, the clash of ideologies leads to a lot of complications. What will happen in the end?
