Not for the superstar’s birthday but Fatima Sana Shaikh attended Aamir Khan’s birthday for a very specific reason! Clearly, Aamir and Fatima have gotten pretty close
since Dangal. Gymming together, celebrating together are just a few of
the instances when we’ve caught them together. So it wouldn’t be a big
surprise to find her at the actor’s 52nd birthday celebration, right?
Well, the diva was present at the bash but so were the real Phogats and
many others close to the superstar. On the same when she was asked at a
recent press interaction what she gifted Aamir, the diva stated her true
intentions! Turns out it wasn’t the actor for whom she attended the
bash but for the cake! Burst your hopes, did we? Well, the diva was
spotted at Beauty and the Beast’s press show last night.
Fatima was asked what she gifted the superstar. To this, she giggled like crazy before stating, “I went there and had cake. (giggled a lot more) Who’s gonna give gifts? I only went there to have the cake!” It was interesting to notice how she couldn’t stop giggling the minute questions about the birthday party was popped up by the paparazzi. Perhaps it was a fun party after all or maybe something historical happened behind the closed doors of the bash that we folks might never know! Now Fatima may have shut down rumours of working opposite Aamir in Thugs of Hindostan but reports suggest that she has been finalised. Apparently, Khan is super keen on roping in his Dangal co-star to play the female lead in the pirate movie. A lot of names have been tagged to this film that has Aamir and Amitabh Bachchan as pivotal characters. Starting from Fatima to Alia to Shraddha to Vaani! Yes! However, no names have been announced by the production house or any of the actors. Khan has already started prepping up for his role as the film will go on floors this May.
