We were one of the first people to tell you that ex flame Kareena Kapoor Khan would wish Shahid Kapoor after the arrival of his baby daughter, Misha. A tabloid confirmed this report after a few days and mentioned that Kareena did send him a quick congratulatory message and now, we have a few more details about how Kareena congratulated Shahid and what are her wishes for his ex-boyfriend.
In an exclusive chat with Pinkvilla, Kareena Kapoor revealed that the reports of her texting Shahid to congratulate him were true. Kareena mentioned, “Of course we (Kareena and Saif) have congratulated them (Shahid and Mira). He is Saif’s co-star in Rangoon and they are going to make a kick ass film. It is going to look fab. It is such a great time because it is a beautiful thing (the arrival of his baby) to happen to anybody in life. I think there are only going to be good things to come now in store for them with the baby and now Rangoon.”
Talking about Rangoon, Kareena further added, “I am most excited about it. I am more excited as I have seen the stills and I think it will be one of the best movies of 2017.”
Meanwhile, Kareena Kapoor is getting ready for the arrival of her first baby too. The actress is due this December and while reports suggested that she would be delivering her child in London, sister-in-law Soha Ali Khan revealed to us exclusively, “The delivery is not happening in London.”

Kareena Kapoor at a recent event also revealed how it is irritating when people ask her if she wants a girl or boy! Kareena even mentioned that she would love to have a girl child, when she said, “It’s very intrusive when people ask me if it’s a boy or a girl. I am a girl and I would love to have a girl. What is the difference? I have probably done more for my parents than a son would do. So my answer is downright rude to say – firstly it is very intrusive and at this point I don’t think you should be asking me this question.”
Shahid Kapoor, on the other hand, is busy spending time with his beautiful wife Mira and adorable daughter – Misha Kapoor. Yes, the actor has finally named his child. While people were trying to figure out what the proud parents would name their daughter, Shahid revealed to us yesterday that his daughter – “Misha” was not allowing him to go away at all, thereby revealing her name too!
