Turns out during this shoot, the couple was got way too close for comfort to an extent that they even went out on a cosy dinner date with Ranbir playing a perfect host and dost to Shruti. In fact, considering Ranbir and Shruti are still keeping in touch, many are strongly speculating if Shruti is the reason why Ranbir broke up with ex Katrina Kaif, earlier this year.
