The award show celebrated the achievements of both these talented actors by awarding them with the best possible honours. Kangana Ranaut won the Woman of the Year award, who as per GQ website, has proven ‘beyond doubt that she’s the Girl in the Bulletproof Corset’. This is to celebrate her achievements both on and off screen. After all she had won the National Award for the third time with her double act in Tanu Weds Manu Returns. Ranveer Singh, man of the moment, took away the Actor of the year award for his eclectic performance in Bajirao Mastani. He was also terrific in last year’s Dil Dhadakne Do. It’s not just these two Bollywood celebs who won the awards at the event. Tiger Shroff, who was last seen in the superhero flick A Flying Jatt, won the Youth Icon of the Year. The youngster has been an inspiring example for many for achieving success at such a young age, and also being an ultimate fitness icon, a reason why people watch his movies even if they get bad reviews.

The three time National Award winning actor has wowed everyone with his performance as a bi-polar lawyer in the women-centric Pink, where he defends the female protagonists in a possible assault case. The film is winning at the box office, despite starring no Khan. The superbly talented Radhika Apte won the Excellence in Acting award. The lady has earlier wowed us in the thriller Phobia, and is now seen in the controversial film, Parched, where her nude scenes have become a matter of hot discussion for being leaked before the release of the film here. She was also see in Rajinikanth’s recent blockbuster Kabali, where she played his wife.
