Shah Rukh Khan to mock Anushka Sharma’s fondness for sports in Imtiaz Ali’s The Ring!

Shah Rukh and Anushka Sharma will be seen together for the third time in Imtiaz Ali’s next which is reportedly titled The Ring. Prior to this, Anushka has starred opposite King Khan in

her debut movie, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and later in Jab Tak hai Jaan. Both the films did well at the box office. Now with this movie, the duo is all set for a hattrick. With a hit jodi like SRK – Anushka and a director like Imtiaz Ali, a lot is riding on this film.

As per the latest buzz, we think that Anushka is in no mood to leave her fascination for sports so soon. In her next too, the NH 10 star’s role would be inspired by sports. She will play a role of a girl who is crazy for sports and sports personalities. A source on the sets of the film exclusively told us, “There is a sequence where Shah Rukh Khan mocks Anushka Sharma for being a sports fanatic. He is shown teasing her for her obsession with sports’ personalities.” Currently the actress has sports everywhere in her life. First Sultan, then this movie and the other angle is already known, we need not mention it again. We wonder if the writer took inspiration for her reel role from her real life, we don’t know! But yes, SRK will tease Anushka seeing her fondness for sports personalities and even though it’s for the movie, we won’t be surprised if SRK does it in real life as well considering his witty nature.

The Chennai Express star always wanted to do a happy film with Imtiaz since he is in that frame of mind currently and also Imtiaz deals with the subject very differently. So though it shall be a love story but it won’t be a young and upbeat one. Anushka and SRK have just wrapped the first schedule of The Ring in Prague. The shoot of the film is expected to finish by the end of this year as the film releases in August next year and will clash with Akshay Kumar’s Crack which is being directed by Neeraj Pandey.
