While we already told you that Salman Khan is returning as the RAW agent on the run for the Ek Tha Tiger sequel, that’s to be directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, we were not sure whether Katrina Kaif would return. But she is, as YRF gave an official announcement about the film, its lead actors and the fact that it is scheduled to release on Christmas 2017. Now Salman Khan has officially invaded Aamir Khan’s hunting season, after SRK did with his yet untitled Aanand L Rai film, that’s scheduled to release on X’mas 2018.

With the dismal failure of Baar Baar Dekho fresh on everyone’s minds, and the fact that Katrina was below par in it as a performer, it came as a shock to many that she was to be the recipient of an award that was given out in the memory of Smita Patil. After Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar, now Priyanka Chopra finds herself on Forbes’ list of top ten world’s highest paid TV actresses. She claimed the 8th position. Not only that she also proved to be Bollywood’s highest paid actress, beating Deepika Padukone by one million dollars, as her earnings were $11 million, whereas Deepika’s were $10 million.
The Kapoor family’s Ganpati visarjan takes an ugly turn
Like every year, even this year, Rishi Kapoor and his family, including his son Ranbir, brought Lord Ganesha to their house. Their visarjan ceremony was also covered by the media like always, but this year, things took for a worse turn. We got a video where Randhir Kapoor was seen slapping a reporter, while Rishi Kapoor was seen pushing another. There was also talks that even Ranbir behaved badly with a few. Raaz Reboot and Pink released
The fourth film of the horror franchise, the weirdly titled Raaz Reboot, released this Friday along with the legal thriller, Pink. Raaz Reboot was directed by Vikram Bhatt and starred Emraan Hashmi, Gaurav Arora and Kriti Kharbanda. The film opened to poor reviews and decent box office figures. Pink, meanwhile, stars Amitabh Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu, Angad Bedi and Kirti Kulhari. Pink is getting good review, but a slow start at the box office.
