Baba Ramdev has reportedly agreed to appear on The Kapil Sharma Show
As per a recent report in SpotBoye, Yoga guru Swami Ramdev will be appearing soon on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show.’
After chasing Baba for over an year, the makers have finally managed to
convince him to grace the comedy show. The episode will be shot next
week at Film City, Goregaon.
Baba Ramdev is a “social sanyasi”, as he himself confesses. He has made appearances on reality shows like ‘The Voice India Kids’ and ‘Super Dancer’ in the past. With 216 k followers on Instagram and 647 k on Twitter, Swami has an unbelievable reach. With Baba ji’s quirks, tongue-in-cheek remarks and Kapil‘s punches, we are sure this episode will be a laugh riot.
The Kapil Sharma Show is known to feature celebrities from various fields – from film industry, sports, media to even politics. Social activist Anna Hazare also appeared on the show last year to promote a biopic made on his life. The show was going to be judged by, among others, Padma Shri award-winning singer Anup Jalota, who is also known as ‘Bhajan Samraat’.
