Kangana Ranaut, Disha Patani, Anushka Sharma – meet the WORST dressed celebs this week
Meet the worst dressed celebs of the week.
Style cop is back in business and this time I have
some fashion offenders who need to get their act straight like ASAP! I
wasn’t present last week, courtesy exams
but here I am once again. With the number of events that took place last
week, I managed to check out way too many good and bad ensembles. To be
quite honest, there was an equal amount of stylish and drabbish outfits
that made heads turn. With the season coming to an end, celebs have
already started trying new looks and setting new trends. I, for one, am
super impressed by the outfits worn by celebs at parties and events.
However, with all the good tries comes some faux pas which I’ve got to
bring to their notice, in order to avoid them in the future. While there
are some names in the list which you might expect, there are some of
them that’ll baffle you.
Our debutant in this list is none other than Kangana Ranaut. The actress has always been very meticulous when it comes to making killer fashion statements. However, this week, she has disappointed me with her outing. It’s sad to see that the actress I usually look up to has worn something really drab-like. Funny, the same week she also made a lovely appearance in a chic Fendi outfit. Anyway, apart from her we have the usual Urvashi Rautela, really scary Tamannah, Disha Patani and Anushka Sharma. Outfit – Paula Ke
Expectations are always high when I see Kangana make an appearance. However, this is perhaps the first time that I’ve been let down by the actress. For Jackie Chan’s welcome bash in India, the diva turned up for the event but unlike the usual, she chose to wear a horrible outfit that was quite ill-fitting. Plus, the makeup made her look really dull. I don’t even want to start on the red bow and the red strappy heels to go with the dress. She could’ve done better.
Disha Patani Outfit – Rajat Tangri jumpsuit Heels – Charles and Keith
Had a few alterations been done in this outfit, it wouldn’t be all that bad.The sheer patterns on the sides of the jumpsuit are more tacky and less gorgeous. As I stated, had there been a little alterations done to the outfit in terms of the fabric and patterns, it wouldn’t have been such a turn off. I do love the neckline, though.
Anushka Sharma Saree – Sabyasachi Mukherjee Juttis – Fizzy Goblet
Perhaps Anushka was going for a vintage Japanese look but with the Sabyasachi saree, it fell flat. I have qualms with the makeup. Basically the outfit, the makeup and hair aren’t going together. Either the outfit should’ve been different or the makeup and hair should’ve suited the ensemble.
Tamannah Bhatia Outfit – DollyJ Studio Pumps – Louboutin World
This look is quite apt for a Halloween, don’t you guys think? The makeup is so scary that its not even funny. Plus, I’m not very pleased by the Dolly J studio. The pink hued dress is quite repelling, if you think about it. I’m also quite displeased with the way she has styled her hair.
