It’s Deepika Padukone’s birthday and her Padmavati co-star Shahid Kapoor has a cute brithday wish for her. Deepika’s fans and her colleagues from the industry have flooded her social media with birthday wishes and messages and moreover even supposed “rival” Priyanka Chopra too has wished the actress on her birthday today. But I must admit, Shahid’s birthday wish for Deepika is the most hatke! And why is that? Sasha took to Twitter to share DP saying, “Happy birthday #padmavati. With love from PADMAPATI. @deepikapadukone” haha. Now isn’t this hilarious and cute at the same time? We all know that Shahid plays Ratan Rawal Singh and Deepika plays his wife Padmavati in the movie. They are going to be sharing the screenspace in Padmavati for the first time and they have had a cute conversation on Twitter before this too. We are waiting to see how will Deepika reply to this tweet of Shahid’s. Padmavati, which is a period drama, also stars Ranveer Singh in the lead role and the trio has already begun with the shooting. There is already a lot of buzz around Padmavati which will be releasing by the end of this year in 2017 and considering that its a Bhansali film, it goes without saying that he will OWN the box office this year with this film too.
The actress is currently in Mexico city promoting her first Hollywood movie xXx: The Return of Xander Cage which also stars Vin Diesel, which means she is gonna have a working birthday. What’s a little surprising is that DP’s boyfriend Ranveer Singh hasn’t yet wished her anywhere on social media yet. Now we all know how Ranveer has always been so vocal about their relationship and he has never shied away from professing his love for Deepika. So this has indeed come as a strange surprise.
