Rangoon new poster: Shahid Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut romance above the battleground
Shahid Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut's INTENSE chemistry is making us impatient for the trailer
The new poster of Rangoon is out and all I can say is
get ready to get bowled over by Shahid Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut’s
terrific chemistry. The new poster of
Rangoon has left us spellbound. Why? Just look at Sasha and Kangy..
they seem to share such an effortless rappport. Shahid took to Twitter
to share the new poster which shows him and Kangana almost sharing a
lip-lock. The poster is similar to the previous one that was released.
It has a very ancient feel to it. Well, obviously, afterall, the film is
based on World War II. What’s a little disappointing is that there’s no
Saif Ali Khan on the poster. Interestingly, the poster has Shahid in
two avatars – one in which he is with Kangy and there’s another one in
the bottom in which he looks a little more muscular.. and I must say, I
quite liked this gritty avatar more. The poster shows love, romance and
war at the same time which is why it makes this poster hatke
than the previous one. Rangoon has Shahid, Kangana and Saif in a love
triangle of sorts and that’s why it was expected that he would be there
on the poster too. But nevermind, now that the trailer of Rangoon is
coming out tomorrow, we are hoping to see Shahid, Kangana and Saif
together.
After much anticipation, Vishal Bhardwaj’s Rangoon is FINALLY releasing this year in February. The trailer was suppose to be out way back in October 2016 but somehow it got delayed. Shahid plays an army officer in the movie and Kangana plays an actress. Saif Ali Khan’s charcater in Rangoon is that of her lover. Vishal Bhardwaj, who has given brilliant films like Kaminey and Haider before, has managed to get these three talented actors in his film which itself is the USP of Rangoon. Given that he is a phenomenal film maker, Rangoon sure is one of the films to watch out for. Don’t you think so?
