The more we see Katrina Kaif and Sidharth Malhotra together, the more we wish they go out for the chemistry is just too crackling! With only 2 more days for the release of their upcoming film, Baar Baar Dekho, they are literally leaving no stones unturned to promote their film. And their greatest strength while doing the same is their much talked about chemistry. Of course, with how much we are seeing the two of them bond lately, there’s a lot more friendship than what we’re able to decipher based on pics. Sid has immense respect for his co-star and in fact, wishes the paps didn’t focus all their energy on her relationship and split!
In an interview with a leading entertainment daily, the actor was quoted saying that he wished people just didn’t focus on her relationship and split but also her work. Wondering how this popped up? So basically, the journalist asked Malhotra how the ice was broken between the two, the first time they met on the sets. To which, the actor replied, “Yes it was pretty easy as soon as we met. As an actor when we do a love story it is necessary to know your co actor because we pretending to fall in love and especially in this film we are not pretending to fall in love, we are in love since eight years old. So you needed to have that familiarity. So before shoot we did workshops, in the first workshop I just had to sit in front of her and stare into her eyes for 15 minutes which was a great job to do, to stare at Katrina Kaif….she was the one who blinked first (Laughs). That’s how the ice broke the we did Masti and all the other scenes. I discovered how hardworking Katrina is, the one positive quality that she has is that she does not take her position, experience for granted and this is a commendable quality and the reason for where she is. There’s too much importance given on her relationship, her split and it should just end now. She is fabulous in the film and her work will speak for her.”

It was a little sudden but the actor clearly made an announcement that all the focus on Kat’s breakup should take an exit. We believe that with BBD, this might even happen as so far, both of them have been taken not just as a cute couple but also we see a new side of Miss Kaif that was in hiding for quite a while! The actor, in the interview also spoke about how the film will be very much relatable to the current youth as they all regard their career highly and wish to not be entangled in relationships. Can’t say we’re not excited for this film ’cause it has got all elements of fun, romance and the interesting concept of time!
Sid has been opening up a lot about things recently, from his film choices to his experience on various paths in life! In fact, in an interview with a leading film magazine, the actor even revealed, “I would definitely shy away from nudity.” He’s been a model and an actor. Has he never done a nude photoshoot? He shot back saying, “A few weeks ago someone had asked on Google if I had a nude photo-shoot. I told them I probably had one.” And quickly added, “But I was six months old when those pictures were clicked.” Now that’s something we didn’t know about the actor and are pleased to know! (evil laughs!).

Baar Baar Dekho’s trailer and songs have been taken very well by the audience and in fact, the famous track from the film, Kaala Chashma, has also crossed 70 million views on YouTube! This might become the first track to reach 100 million views in less time, if things go well!
