year old actress was awarded with her second People’s Choice Award for
Favourite Dramatic TV Actress and her speech made us was sentimental and
funny! There’s no denying that the actress’ sassy humour has struck a
chord with fans. However, at the PCAs when she was accepting her trophy,
like a teenager, she actually asked if she could wiggle a little! You
heard that right. First off she started her speech by accepting just how
much of a drama queen she is but soon shifted her focus to how happy
and overwhelmed she is after receiving the award.
Her speech went like this, “I’m really happy being a drama queen and this is how its done. Thank you to the people, like everyone has been saying, this has been an incredible journey. Every single woman that was nominated with me today, all these incredible actresses were the reason I joined television. They were the reason that I wanted to be the actor that I am here today, receiving this award and being in the same category as them. It’s just so overwhelming. Thank you to all of you who have accepted me and loved my show. I’m just really psyched. Can I like do a little wiggle? I’m sorry. It’s the concussion talking but thank you so much and it means the world to me.” We couldn’t have been more proud of you, Priyanka! After recuperating from her injury, the diva attended the awards held in Los Angeles wearing a lovely peach ensemble by Sally LaPointe. Just like every time, this time too, PeeCee has owned the red carpet with an impeccable outfit While we’re quite used to seeing her go bold and risque at the red carpet, this time she chose to keep it chic and it definitely worked in her favour. She wore a gorgeous peach asymmetrical crop top and coordinated fringed skirt by Sally LaPointe. The diva then completed the look with Schutz shoes.
There’s absolutely nothing we’d like to change about this look. We give her brownie points solely for the outfit and it’s hue itself!
