As per reports in a publication, Dipika Kakar is finally quitting Sasural Simar Ka. The actress has been a part of the show for five years now. Sasural Simar Ka was Dipika’s third show and put her in the league of TV’s top actresses along with the likes of Divyanka Tripathi, Hina Khan and Devoleena Bhattacharjee. Dipika reportedly wants some time off for her personal life. She said that she is just waiting for boyfriend Shoaib Ibrahim to pop the marriage question. Is a wedding on the cards? It could be so as Shoaib is reportedly all set to make a comeback with a finite series on Star Plus.

Yesterday, we got the news that Kritika Kamra has been finalised to play princess Chandrakanta in Nikhil Sinha’s production for Life Ok. This is the actress’ comeback on TV after the much acclaimed finite show, Reporters on Sony TV with Rajeev Khandelwal. The actress said that she is unaware of the battle between Ekta Kapoor and Nikhil Sinha to come out with Chandrakanta. Kritika has begun her preparations for the role and is on a detox diet to look as radiant as a princess. Gaurav Khanna is also reportedly a part of the magnum opus.
