Deepika Padukone fails to impress with her floral outing while promoting xXx – view pic
Deepika Padukone is promoting her Hollywood debut film xXx: The Return of Xander Cage in India currently. For the media interviews happening in Mumbai today, the actress stepped out in a multi coloured floral dress. Personally I didn’t really like her outfit. To me, it looks plain boring. For some strange reason, Deepika whose fashion sense has always been lauded, has failed to impress me with her outfits she’s worn this time for xXx. I mean, look at her golden outfit from the premiere last night too. Coming back to what she’s wearing for the promotions today, the floral dress is pink, white and blue coloured and has frills all over unwanted places. The bow right in the middle of the dress made it even worse. Her hair and makeup is perfect. Her shoes don’t go with what she’s wearing. All in all, I just feel that this is yet another fashion faux pas. Deepika, who has never given a chance to the fashion police to criticise her, has gone majorly wrong with her style sense this time. 
xXx starring Deepika, Vin Diesel, Ruby Rose and Nina Dobrev is releasing in India tomorrow. Bollywood celebs like Irrfan Khan and Preity Zinta who have watched the film at the premiere last night are all praise for DP’s performance in the movie. At the press conference held yesterday, DJ Caruso went on to say how Deepika fits the bill perfectly. He also made an announcement that he is planning to start working on the sequel in May and Ms Padukone is likely to be a part of it.
