Swara Bhaskar is NOT offended on Katrina Kaif getting Smita Patil Memorial Award!
Ever since the news came out of Katrina Kaif being awarded the Smita Patil Memorial Award for her contribution in Hindi Film Industry there is a lot of hullabaloo on it.
Well cyber people take it EASY! That’s what Swara Bhaskar has to say. Ever since the news came out of Katrina Kaif being awarded the Smita Patil Memorial Award for her contribution in Hindi Film Industry there is a lot of hullabaloo on it. The social media just over hyped the entire good news into a shocking news as they weren’t pleased and questioned WHY is Katrina Kaif getting this award, many claimed that she doesn’t deserve it and others claimed that we have actress like Swara Bhaskar and Radhika Apte who are more deserving.
But hey, Swara has a different outlook to all this and you must read it. The actress is NOT at all offended of Kat getting this award as she believes Ms Kaif is the most hardworking actress in the Hindi film industry. Swara raised her opinion on wrote an outstanding column on Kat receiving Smita Patil Award hype which you all must read.
Swara mentioned in her column, “Whether or not Katrina Kaif is a good actor notwithstanding, there is no denying that she is a hugely hard working, disciplined and diligent person. It reflects in her work. And any artist of any field will tell you that hard work is something to be respected”.
She even feels that Kat is an easy target, “Is Katrina Kaif an easy target because she is a beautiful, hugely successful woman, who speaks with an accent, reeks of elitism and snobbery (though many who know her swear that she is by personality type intensely private, as a person), seems impermeable and most importantly, just does not quit?”.
Well we are supremely IMPRESSED with Swara’s fiery column and apart from us even Karan Johar is happy the way Ms Bhaskar supported Kat. He wrote on twitter, “Amazingly written Swara!!”. Read the entire column of Swara and share your thoughts in the comment box below..
