Akshay Kumar confirms that Crack is NOT shelved
Akshay Kumar's Crack is NOT shelved, confirms the actor himself
The actor is currently busy shooting for another Neeraj Pandey production Toilet: Ek Prem Katha which also stars Bhumi Pednekar in the lead role. His first release of 2017 will be Jolly LLB 2, the trailer of which has already left the viewers wanting for more. Apart from Jolly LLB 2 Akshay also has a couple of other films releasing this year in 2017 like Rajinikanth’s 2.0 which will be out on Diwali 2017 and of course Toilet: Ek Prem Katha.
Friends, pls don't believe everything you hear in the media. Film-making is an art & sometimes takes longer than expected! #CRACKWILLHAPPEN— Akshay Kumar (@akshaykumar) January 17, 2017
Talking about Crack, the first look poster of Crack, was launched by Akshay Kumar right after the success of Rustom. The film was slated to release on Independence Day 2017, but later Shah Rukh Khan‘s next untitled was also slated for the same release. So, because of that, reports suggest that Akshay Kumar’s Crack is moved to 2018. And that means we won’t be witnessing any clash between Akshay Kumar and Shah Rukh Khan at the box office this year.
