The actress finally opens up..

Speculations have been made since quite some time now about Sonakshi Sinha being or not being a part of Dabanng 3. Sonakshi, who featured in the previous two instalments of Dabanng and even made her debut in Bollywood with the film, has made a rather interesting announcement. Until now, Sonakshi had been tight-lipped about being a part of the Dabanng franchise but in an exclusive interview with BollywoodLife, the actress opened up about the same.

Since there have been reports of her not giving any confirmations about the film, we asked her if she is NOT going to be a part of Dabanng 3 opposite Salman Khan. To which she very calmly said, “False.” Though she did not make any statements about it further, with that one word, she has said it all! This probably means she IS DEFINITELY going to be a part of the film and the news has got us super excited! We wait for an official announcement to be made soon. Rumour has it that Dabanng 3 will have not one but two heroines in the lead role though no official confirmations have been made as of yet.
Sonakshi will next be seen in Akira which has her play the role of a fierce, badass college student. Akira is way too different from all onscreen characters Sona has played and if the trailer is anything to go by, she is going to SLAYYYY! After Akira releases on September 2, Sonakshi has her hands full with films like Noor, Force 2, Namastey England in her kitty! Way to go, Sona!
