Say what you want about Priyanka Chopra‘s international series, Quantico, it has made our fave desi girl a huge international image.
She presented an Academy Award, the American paparazzi are all over her. she got a HUGE Hollywood break in a film with Dwayne freaking Johnson and Harper’s Bazaar named her Hollywood’s new IT girl (…and did not misspell her name, like they did with poor Deepika Padukone).
Now the star is busy shooting for the second season of Quantico, the teaser of which is just out. It shows glimpses of what to expect from the series this time – which means more conspiracies, more twists, more romance of Alex and Ryan Booth (Jake McLaughlin) and more Priyanka Chopra. So are your ready for it?
The second season will also bring back Priyanka Chopra’s ol buddies from the first season, apart from Jake McLaughlin, like Johanna Braddy and Yasmine Al Massri. The season will have Priyanka Chopra leave her FBI credentials to be a part of the CIA program, though that would make her in an awkward situation with her former buddies. As you see, FBI and CIA don’t look each other in the eye.
The first season of Quantico was praised for its plot and Priyanka Chopra’s performance, but it couldn’t keep up the tempo thanks to an uneven screenplay and too many subplots.
