Forget maternity break, Kareena Kapoor Khan wants to work till she turns 80

The actress does not believe in concept of resting during pregnancy

Kareena Kapoor Khan who is recently appointed as the face of a popular salon owned by Adhuna Akhtar was in all smiles at a recent event for the brand. Her pregnancy glow was reflecting on her face and she was looking vibrant as ever. A few months back, Bebo’s hubby Saif Ali Khan made an official announcement about them expecting their first child in December and since then questions about taking a maternity break are being showered on her. Getting irked by such silly questions, Kareena even blasted media for making her pregnancy a national issue. According to her, pregnancy is a very normal thing and there is no need for her to take any break.
But it seems that Kareena’s statement wasn’t enough to put the speculations to rest. She was once again dodged with the same question, to which Kareena had a very polite reply this time.  She was heard saying, “I will definitely go on with my normal life. I love my job and I am very passionate. So yes I will continue acting till 80.”
Kareena who will be next seen in Veere Di wedding has a very interesting answer as to why is she working continuously during her pregnancy when most women want to rest. So according to Bebo, It is a myth that you should rest during pregnancy. And anyways she rests at night so she can work in day.” Well we agree with you completely Bebo and would love seeing you act till 80.
