Dia Mirza unhappy about Ranbir Kapoor’s look from the Sanjay Dutt biopic getting leaked

A couple of days back, a few pictures of Ranbir Kapoor shooting for the Sanjay Dutt biopic went viral. The
makers were shooting for the portions of Sanjay Dutt getting released
from the Yerwada jail after completing his prison term. Sanjay Dutt was
sentenced for possessing illegal arms during the 1993 Bombay Blasts
case. Ranbir Kapoor was seen in the exact getup as Sanjay Dutt did in
the moment of his freedom, wearing the same clothes as well having the
same look. If you may have mistaken him for Sanjay Dutt, we surely won’t
blame you.
However, this look of his was supposed to be a secret and was to be only revealed when the biopic was to get released. But in the era of smartphones and Twitter, keeping a shooting a secret is next to impossible these days. However, Dia Mirza is quite unhappy that Ranbir’s Sanjay Dutt look got leaked and became so viral, as she wanted it to be a surprise for his fans. She revealed her disappointment when she arrived to cast her vote for IIFA 2017 voting process. Diz Mirza is playing Sanjay Dutt’s wife, Manyata, in the movie. She said, “It was upsetting to see the pictures leaked. We didn’t want that. Media wasn’t invited to take pictures.”
