This is the dream wedding of the year – ace cricketer Yuvraj Singh and actress Hazel Keech are tying the knot. The
D-Day is just a few hours away, and pre-wedding ceremonies are going in
full swing. After the glamourous Mehendi ceremony it was time for some
sangeet to happen. We know how fun are Sangeet ceremonies at Indian
weddings, and topping that this was a Punjabi one. The aura must have
been simply awesome. Hazel and Yuvraj were both dressed in black for
this one, and looked classy AF. There is a myth that THE couple should
not be dresses in black, especially the bride, but Yuvraj and Hazel were
busting the myth with their OOTD. The ceremony was made more awesome by
the presence of Indian cricket team.
After winning the match against England on Tuesday the Indian cricket team stayed back in the same hotel as Yuvraj and Hazeel’s wedding venue. “There is a gathering tonight at the hotel. The entire team is invited. We’ll obviously go there (at Yuvi’s function). So, yeah, it’ll be a nice coincidence, I guess. Fourth day, getting the job done and you have the chance to celebrate it in the evening. I think the guys will be more relaxed attending the function and chill a bit longer,” Virat Kohli said while talking to a news daily.
After their lavish wedding and reception in Chandigarh and Delhi, the couple will also host a grand reception in Mumbai where all the B-townies and cricket biggies will be invited. It is said that the reception will be held on December 5.
Earlier Yuvraj shared a picture from the mehendi ceremony and announced his new innings. “Here’s to the new innings of my life! Hazel Keech ,couldn’t have found a better partner at the other end!”
