Known for his witty sense of humour, Shah Rukh Khan cracked a joke on
himself saying the way his films are doing business now acting under his
wife Gauri Khan’s direction can only save him. As we all know in Dear
Zindagi Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt are not involved in a romantic
relationship, so Kapil Sharma made them romance on the song Sooraj Hua
Maddham and oh boy, their chemistry was top notch. And Shah Rukh Khan
hasn never looked more dapper. As usual Kapil’s banter with Chandu was
funny. And the way Shah Rukh Khan, Alia Bhatt pulled his leg was fun.
The prank pulled on Sugandha Mishra took a serious turn as she started
crying but full marks to Shah Rukh Khan for making it up to her.
The highlight of the show was when Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt were given few products each to sell to the studio audience. Shah Rukh Khan took the towel and quipped that the same towel was dropped by Ranbir Kapoor in Saawariya and was used by Salman Khan for his infamous dance step in Mujhse Shaadi Karogi. Kapil Sharma tries to take a dig at Shah Rukh Khan but it backfired all the time. You don’t mess with King Khan!
Shah Rukh Khan was also asked why he doesn’t work in Hollywood, his response was EPIC. He said that most of our actresses are working in Hollywood and on the other side Salman is bringing Hollywood actresses to India. So why would he take an eighteen hour flight to work with the same actresses, he can work in India. He further joked that moreover they take his audition at the immigrations.
And the main highlight of the show was as usual super fun and amazing act by Suni Grover. His act as a warrior and then his tribute to Shah Rukh Khan a la the “Gerua” act he did on Comedy Nights With Kapil last year. Only few could make you chuckle without saying a word. Hats Off! Also watching Shah Rukh Khan dance on Kuch Kuch Hota Hai was so nostalgic.
