There’s a lot of excitement in the air as Kangana Ranaut’s Simran
teaser is all set to release! For the first time, Hansal Mehta and
Kangana have joined forces and we are sure that their venture is going
to be kickass. In this announcement video, we see nothing but the
actress, showing us her back, while staring at a building structure. Now
we’re no Sherlock so we can’t really make guesses at what she’s upto.
But we certainly can’t wait to see what she has in store for us.
The background score has a very Spanish feel to it. Some people in the
comments section are also attributing the music to that of Shah Rukh
Khan’s Dilwale song, Janam Janam.
While the plot of the film isn’t completely revealed yet, we heard reports that it’s based on the life of an Indian girl who commits various bank heists in the US, only to be finally caught by the officials. It is a true story, however, neither of the parties have divulged more on it. The only way to find what the storyline of the film really is, is by watching the teaser. Luckily, it will be releasing tonight!
Earlier we told you how we got details on what the teaser would consist of. In our EXCLUSIVE chat with a source, we revealed to you that the teaser will have Kangana’s housemaid avatar disclosed. However, not just that but even her Gujarati speaking skills would unfold. For all those unaware, the diva actually took diction classes for the language as she plays a Gujju, Prafull Patel in the film. We’re very excited to see how she has pulled off the accent and well, the language too!
As per reports, Kangana will be playing a 30 year old divorcee’s role. She has been paired opposite Sohum Shah. That’s a new jodi we must brace ourselves for! Seems like his look might also be revealed in the teaser. That’s what our source close to the movie development has stated. Slated to release on September 15, it’s a little early for promotions. However, looks like Kangana plans to make the most of this film.
