It seems Shah Rukh Khan has courted another controversy with reports doing the round that the superstar has made anti-Modi comments on Twitter. Buzz on the social media suggested that King Khan had once said that he will leave India if Narendra Modi becomes Prime Minister.

However, quoting an actor's fan, a Hindustan Times report says that it was not Shah Rukh Khan but TV actor Kamaal R Khan who had made the statement.

It is said that the actor's fan, aka @TheSRKdisciple, has cleared the air and said that it was Kamaal Khan trying to gain political mileage using Shah Rukh's popularity. The report says that Kamaal Khan is using shortened version of his name KRK, and people have got him confused with SRK.

BJP has already clarified that it was KRK, and not SRK behind the statement.

In fact, an angry Shah Rukh Khan tweeted that he did not make such statements. He tweeted, "Good time to tell all fools who r talking of a tweet that I didn't tweet, u suck as much as the grammar of that fake tweet & I'm being kind." The actor was reacting when Kamal Khan had posted a couple of controversial tweets claiming that leading actors such as Shah Rukh, Aamir Khan and Salman, who had promised to leave India forever if BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi came to power.
